By accessing this Website, the user who registered (“User/Customer/You/Your”) acknowledges acceptance without limitation or qualification of these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") set forth herein which form contract between User and Company. User also acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions are only representative/ part of terms and conditions mentioned on Website. In the case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions or any additional terms posted on Company website, Company reserve the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for such violations.
When you access any of the sub-sites (whether belonging to an 'associate' of the Company or otherwise) through this Website, then such sub-Sites may have its own terms and conditions, which are specific to such sub-sites:

1. Introduction

1.1 The Customer deemed to accept that the website is a mere venue/platform provided by the Company for the negotiation between the Customer and the different vendors. The Company is acting as a 'Intermediary' as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 ('Act') and Rules (amended from time to time).We do everything we reasonably can to protect your rights of privacy on systems and applications controlled by us, but we are not liable for any unauthorized or unlawful disclosures of your Personal Information made by third parties who are not subject to our control, for example advertisers, websites and other mobile application developers who/ that have links to our application. You should take note that the information and privacy practices of other applications/ sites to which we provide hyperlinks, may be different from ours.

1.2 These Terms and Conditions are an electronic record in terms of the Act and rules made there-under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the said Act. These Terms and Conditions being an electronic record are generated by computer system, therefore, do not require any physical or digital signature.

1.3 These Terms and Conditions are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

2. General Description

2.1 The Customer agrees that only after getting the porting code (after configuration) from the Company, the Customer shall have the control on the number provided by the Company

2.2 The Customer agrees that once the number is purchased by him thereafter the Customer cannot change the same.

2.3 The Customer agrees that in case the Company is not able to provide to the customer the number chosen by him/her/it then the Company may offer him the different number of same style or he/she/it may choose any number from the website. However, if the rate of the number chosen by the Customer is any changed in any manner whatsoever then he/she/it may either pay the excess amount or the Company may pay the amount differential amount.

2.4 The Customer agrees that if the payment is not passed through the payment gateway then the Company shall not be responsible for that in any manner whatsoever, it shall be treated as the dispute between the Customer and payment gateway provider.

2.5 The Customer agrees that in normal course the porting code of the number shall be provided in 24 hours. However, the Customer further agrees that in some rare cases the Company may provide the porting code in 3 to 7 days. In case the Company is not able to provide the same is in the aforementioned time then the Customer will be eligible to take back the refund paid by the Customer.

2.6 The Customer agrees that the sim card of the non-port ready number(s) may be provided in 7-12 days by the Company at the address of the Customer. The Company will be responsible for number for 10 days from the date of the porting. However, the Company shall not be responsible:

  • if the number becomes invalid due to non usage or irregular recharge
  • to replace the sim if the same is lost.

2.7 The Customer agrees that in case if he/she/it may need the porting code again then the Customer has to show the previous porting code rejection reason proof. The Customer also agrees that it is eligible to take the porting code second time only within the period of 30 days from the day when the porting code was given for the first time thereafter the Customer has to pay the INR 300 (Rupees Three Hundred only) for getting 3rd porting code. However, the Customer agrees that if he/she/it may come for enquiry or porting code after the 50 days then the Company shall not be able to help the Customer is any manner whatsoever.

2.8 The Customer agrees that he/she/it may solely be responsible for the any and every illegal activity(ies) which are related to the number purchased by the Customer once the number is port out in the Customer's name.

2.9 The Customer agrees that it shall not be eligible to file any type of claim or fine against the Company in any condition whatsoever.

2.10 The Customer agrees that the Company in its sole discretion and without prior notice can change the price of any number.

2.11 The Customer agrees that if due to any technical fault the price of the number is not shown correctly and the Customer pays for the incorrect price then the Company shall have the right to cancel the order and refund back the price paid by the Customer.

2.12 The Customer agrees that if the Company is unable to provide the number to the Customer even after receiving the payment then the Company will refund the payment received from the Customer within 7-15 days.

2.13 Once UPC sent to the Customer and he/she/it don't put MNP requestor and faces any problem or any other reason that number not ported out to Customer then the Customer have to contact the Company within maximum 20 days.

3. Communication:

3.1 By accessing the website the Customer agrees to be contacted by the Company by way of communication modes including but not limited to email, SMS, MMS and telephonic calls.

4. Termination

4.1 You agree that the company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate Your access to the Website or block Your future access to the website, if the Company establishes that You have violated these Terms and Conditions. You are also aware that any violation by You of these Terms and Conditions shall cause irreparable loss to the Company which cannot be solely quantified financially. You provide your consent to the Company obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that the Company deems appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies the Company may have at law

4.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse access to use the services offered at website to new users or to terminate access granted to existing users at any time without stating any reasons thereof.

5. User’s Responsibilities:

5.1 That the User being the client of the Company shall:

  • not share Your access control authorizations (user id and passwords) with anyone else
  • not use it for any purpose which is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, malicious, infringing, harassing or offensive purpose;
  • not use it for any purpose which constitutes or facilitates illegal activity, money laundering or terrorism
  • not use it for any purpose which is in breach of any applicable government sanction/permission
  • not use it for any purpose which damages or likely to damage the services provided by the Company
  • ensure that the website is not used in any manner which contravenes any applicable usage policy of the Company in any manner whatsoever
  • not use it for any purpose which causes damage or injury to any person or property
  • not use it for any purpose which is detrimental to the reputation of the Company
  • use best endeavours to co-operate and assist the Company to such extent as the Company may reasonably require to perform its obligations as per the website
  • agree not to alter or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions and/or of the Company in any manner whatsoever
  • not provide false, inaccurate or misleading information
  • not refuse to cooperate in an investigation or provide confirmation of Your identity or any other information provide by You to the Company
  • ensure that You attain the consent of third party before obtaining any data of said third party for the Company

5.2 In furtherance to above, as per the obligations mentioned in the Rules, You as a User shall also be responsible not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:

  • belongs to another person and to which the User does not have any right to
  • is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever
  • harm minors in any way
  • infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights
  • violates any law for the time being in force
  • deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature
  • impersonate another person
  • contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource
  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

6. Consent:

6.1 You hereby give Your permission/consent to store, process, access and share Your personal information which includes Your financial information with other service providers in connection with the website. You understand and further consent that the Company may hold the aforesaid information gathered about You from the various agencies for purposes which include but are not limited to collecting, analysing, receiving, possessing, storing, dealing, holding, sharing, disseminating or handling of Your data in relation to the Website. By allowing contact information to be collected, You give the Company a right to use that contact information as a part of the service provided by the Company and You guarantee that You have any and all permissions required to share such contact information with the Company.

7. Exclusions and Limitations:

7.1 The website and its related modules are provided on "as is where is" basis and to the fullest extent permitted by law

7.2 The Company excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of things), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential and incidental damages.

8. Limitation of Liability:

8.1 All transactions on the website whether monetary and otherwise, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-reversible, save and except in the event of proven gross negligence on the part of the Company, in which event the User agrees that the User shall only be entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid by the User and actually received by the Company. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

9. Company's Rights:

9.1 Once the number is ported on the name of the Customer, the Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever if the number gets closed either by any government rule or by the service provider.

9.2 The Company shall provide the porting code only after receiving the complete payment.

9.3 The Company shall not be bound to entertain the Customer's request for cancellation or refund if the problem persists from Customer's end.

9.4 The Company shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever; if the Customer suffers any loss against printing or advertising done by the Customer if an order get rejected

9.5 The Company do not take guarantee for E-Sim availability in any condition

9.6 The Company always cares but never take guarantees about the fact that customer will not receive any wrong calls or message from the old owner of the number issued to the Customer.

9.7 If the Customer order more than 1 number and any of the number gets cancelled then it shall be the discretion of the Company to handover the remaining numbers or not.

9.8 The Company shall not refund or adjust the advance received for a number, if the Customer cancels the order.

9.9 The Company will hold any number for a Customer for maximum 5 days only.

10. Force Majeure:

10.1 If the performance of website or any obligations there-under are prevented, restricted or interfered with by reason of earthquake, fire, flood or other casualty or due to strikes, riot, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, or a similar occurrence or condition beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, the Party so affected shall, upon giving prompt notice to the other Party, be excused from such performance during such prevention, restriction or interference, and any failure or delay resulting thereof shall not be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions between the Parties shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute of any sort that might arise between the Parties shall be subject to Courts of Hisar, Haryana, India.

12. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify, save, and hold the Company harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) Your use or misuse of the website; (ii) any violation by You of these Terms and Conditions; and/or (iii) any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by You herein.

13. Notice:

The Company may provide You with notices and communications by e-mail, SMS, push notifications, regular mail or postings on the website or by any other reasonable means. Except as otherwise set forth herein, notice to the Company must be sent by address mentioned hereinabove.

14. Waiver:

The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective only if in writing and signed by the Company.

15. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unlawful, void, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated from these Terms and Conditions to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions is the entire agreement between Parties relating to the subject matter hereof and these Terms and Conditions shall not be modified except by a change in these Terms and Conditions made by the Company.

17. Survival:

A Party’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions shall be continuous and survive expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or otherwise required by law or intended by their nature.

18. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

The Company may modify the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, to comply with any such new legislation and regulations there under and/or to improve the website. Any changes so made will be incorporated in these Terms and Conditions as and when required as per the discretion of the Company. The newly published terms and conditions shall with immediate effect replace the previous published terms and conditions.
